Nanochip Microelectronics announced the launch of the single channel MLVDS transceiver NLC530x series, including four devices including NLC5301/2/3/4. Among them, NLC5301 and NLC5302 support a bus speed of 100Mbps, while NLC5303 and NLC5304 support a bus speed of 200Mbps.


Nanochip Microelectronics (hereinafter referred to as "Nanochip Microelectronics", stock code 688052 on the Science and Technology Innovation Board) today announced the launch of the single channel MLVDS transceiver NLC530x series, including four devices, NLC5301/2/3/4. Among them, NLC5301 and NLC5302 support a bus speed of 100Mbps, while NLC5303 and NLC5304 support a bus speed of 200Mbps. This product series meets the MLVDS TIA/EIA-899 standard, with NLC5301 and NLC5303 supporting Type I receivers, and NLC5302 and NLC5304 supporting Type II receivers. The NLC530x series has the characteristics of ultra-low latency and high anti-interference, and can be widely used in base station communication, power protection, instrumentation and other applications.

Ultra low latency and strong anti-interference ability

The NLC530x series chip bus pins can meet the 8kV (HBM) ESD protection requirements and can pass up to 15kV contact discharge ESD testing (IEC61000-4-2) requirements, making it easier for the entire machine to pass system level EMC testing and reducing peripheral protection devices. The maximum transmission rate can reach 200Mbps, and the reception delay is less than 6ns, meeting the requirements of clock sensitive applications. NLC530x achieves full process localization from design, manufacturing, to packaging and testing, ensuring stable supply safety and reliability to better meet customer delivery needs.
